VIET HOA PRIMARY SCHOOL CONDUCTS A DRILL ON RESPONDING TO AND MANAGING FOOD SAFETY INCIDENTS
Nhằm nâng cao năng lực phòng ngừa và xử lý các tình huống khẩn cấp. Hôm này, ngày 29/9/2026 Trường Tiểu học Việt Hoà tổ chức diễn tập ứng phó, xử lý sự cố an toàn thực phẩm và tình huống nghi ngờ ngộ độc thực phẩm với sự tham gia của Ban Giám hiệu, nhân viên y tế, giáo viên, nhân viên, phụ huynh và các bộ phận liên quan.
Tình huống giả định được xây dựng khi một số học sinh xuất hiện biểu hiện bất thường sau khi sử dụng suất ăn tại trường. Ngay khi phát hiện, giáo viên nhanh chóng báo cáo Ban Giám hiệu và nhân viên y tế; học sinh được ổn định, theo dõi, đánh giá tình trạng sức khỏe và chăm sóc, sơ cứu ban đầu trong phạm vi chuyên môn.
Đồng thời, nhà trường thực hành các bước khoanh vùng, kiểm soát nguồn thực phẩm nghi ngờ, tạm dừng sử dụng thực phẩm liên quan, bảo quản mẫu thức ăn, thông tin và phối hợp với các lực lượng y tế khi cần thiết.
Thông qua buổi diễn tập, cán bộ, giáo viên, nhân viên được củng cố kiến thức, rèn luyện kỹ năng phối hợp và xử lý tình huống, đồng thời rà soát, hoàn thiện phương án ứng phó nhằm hạn chế tối đa nguy cơ ảnh hưởng đến sức khỏe học sinh.
Phòng ngừa tốt – phát hiện sớm – xử lý kịp thời là yếu tố quan trọng bảo đảm an toàn thực phẩm trong trường học. Trường Tiểu học Việt Hoà tiếp tục thực hiện nghiêm các quy định về an toàn thực phẩm, góp phần xây dựng môi trường giáo dục an toàn, lành mạnh, vì sức khỏe và sự an toàn của học sinh.
To strengthen the capacity to prevent and respond to emergency situations, Viet Hoa Primary School organized a drill on responding to and managing food safety incidents and suspected food poisoning, with the participation of the School Management Board, school health staff, teachers, staff members, parents, and relevant departments.
The simulated situation involved several students developing unusual symptoms after consuming meals at school. Upon detecting the situation, teachers promptly reported it to the School Management Board and school health staff. The students were reassured and monitored, their health conditions were assessed, and appropriate first aid and initial care were provided within the scope of professional expertise.
At the same time, the school practiced procedures for isolating and controlling suspected food sources, temporarily suspending the use of related food items, preserving food samples, reporting the incident, and coordinating with relevant medical services when necessary.
Through the drill, teachers and staff strengthened their knowledge and skills in coordination and emergency response. The activity also provided an opportunity for the school to review and improve its response procedures, helping minimize potential risks to students’ health and safety.
Effective prevention – early detection – timely response are essential to ensuring food safety in schools. Viet Hoa Primary School will continue to strictly implement food safety regulations, contributing to a safe, healthy, and supportive educational environment where students’ health and safety are always given the highest priority.
